Behavioral Health Clinical Supervisor

  • Manages clinical staff and their caseloads.
  • Plays a lead role with implementing training modules for clinical staff, adjusting them according to demand and upgrading them on a continuous basis.
  • Completes clinical documentation as required.
  • Performs quarterly file audits.
  • Assist in creating and attending events for community education and outreach.
  • Develops and maintains positive and constructive working relationships with collateral agencies.
  • Provides group and individual sessions for clients.
  • Assesses patient and develops individual service plans, accordingly; communicates with and counsels family members as appropriate.
  • Assists individuals/families in developing natural supports to increase success in the community.
  • Completes clinical documentation as required.
  • Performs quarterly file audits.
  • Ensures Incident Reports are initiated, completed, reviewed, and submitted according to policy.
  • Understands and adheres to the Code of Conduct and Conflict of Interest Policies.
  • Keeps abreast of all federal and state regulations and laws and all confidentiality policies as they presently exist and as they change or are modified.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.
