Behavioral Health Clinical Supervisor
- Manages clinical staff and their caseloads.
- Plays a lead role with implementing training modules for clinical staff, adjusting them according to demand and upgrading them on a continuous basis.
- Completes clinical documentation as required.
- Performs quarterly file audits.
- Assist in creating and attending events for community education and outreach.
- Develops and maintains positive and constructive working relationships with collateral agencies.
- Provides group and individual sessions for clients.
- Assesses patient and develops individual service plans, accordingly; communicates with and counsels family members as appropriate.
- Assists individuals/families in developing natural supports to increase success in the community.
- Completes clinical documentation as required.
- Performs quarterly file audits.
- Ensures Incident Reports are initiated, completed, reviewed, and submitted according to policy.
- Understands and adheres to the Code of Conduct and Conflict of Interest Policies.
- Keeps abreast of all federal and state regulations and laws and all confidentiality policies as they presently exist and as they change or are modified.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
