RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Office and Employee Management: This includes managing employee schedules, office space, administrative staff, and resolving employee issues.
  • Meetings and Events Coordination: Involves managing and coordinating various meetings and events.
  • Policy Development and Process Improvement: Developing office policies and procedures and improving these for enhanced efficiency.
  • Data Security and Technical Support: Ensuring data security and providing technical support for office software and systems. (EMR, NETSMART..)
  • Administrative and Clinical Support: Updating service codes with WAC recrements, clinical and administrative forms, keeping staff informed about EMR and HCA requirements, and coordinating with the Clinical Department.
  • Staff Recruitment and Training: Assisting in staff recruitment, providing orientation, and managing the credentialing process for new providers. (One Health Port/NPI, Netsmart, MCOs.)
  • Quality Assurance and Compliance: Finding training for staff in quality assurance and state requirements and ensuring compliance with laws and regulations.
  • Financial and Strategic Management: Assisting in financial management and strategic planning, including budget preparation and policy formulation.
  • Communication and External Coordination: Facilitating internal and external communication, managing correspondence, and scheduling meetings.
