As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate (LMHCA), I am dedicated to providing mental health counseling and community education. In my practice, I find it a privilege and honor to support immigrants facing various challenging situations, often exacerbated by cultural differences and language barriers.

I believe that my clients already possess the strength to overcome their difficulties. Utilizing approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), I offer person-centered care. Through these methods, I aim to help each individual establish their own identity within diverse cultures and harness their potential to design the life they desire.
